"The lounge"

Presentation of the house
Composed of 3 very clear rooms, one with giving balcony on a jardinet, another without balcony with also giving window on the garden, the 3rd room with door window giving on a very big interior court.
The lounge : (Very spacious, 35m2 more or less) very clear having 3 windows also giving on the jardinet, composed of 2 part, the 1ere part is the corner to take a rest with 3 benches and a television with satellite, the 2nd part corner meal.
The kitchen : spacious enough with a cabinet of ranging, a window and a door giving on the interior court.
The bathroom : ventilated well by a window with tub, shower and WATER-CLOSETS.
A 2nd WATER-CLOSETS : indépendant.
The interior planning of the house
The rooms : furnished each entirely a cabinet, 2 nightstands, orthopedic mattresses, sheets, pillows, covers or pigtails (in winter), carpet, wakenings, bedside lamps, a room (the biggest) with a double bed and the 2 others has a simple bed.
The lounge : The lounge and the corner meals are wrought-iron composed of: 2 armchairs with their draped mattresses and of the small pillows of decorations, carpet, a pedestal, table and his/her/its television, a reader dvd, a chain hifi, a receiving satellite, a big table and their 6 chairs with their cushions, curtains to the windows.
The kitchen : furnished entirely and convenient: plan of work made of marble, fire-chamber gas hot and cold water, kitchen plate, refrigerator with a compartment of congealment, a table 4 chairs, kitchen trinkets, battery and kitchen utensils, napkins, let's wipe,
crockery & cutlery etc. ....
The bathroom with shower : folds back of toilets, brush, sink and his/her/its mirror, machine to wash the linen.
Outsides of the house
The interior court : with a small terrace that gives on the door window of a room and the kitchen door, a door giving on a garage, a shower (to the free air) in order to benefit to the maximum of the sun, of stairs giving on a very big terrace on the garage and under stairs I arranged a small corner cooks to make some grills or to cook outside if one makes the choice not to mess up the kitchen.
The garden : is in two part separated by the door of entry of the house, one of shares a room them to a giving balcony on the garden by small stairs, the even young fruit trees, the rosebushes and the plans of vegetables.
Surroundings and proximities
The building is situated to 5mn to feet about a beach to the thin sand, water is hot and of sky-blue color, the one will delight you here and will give you desire of you there to bathe in succession.
The trades are close by, (less than 50 meters of distance) bakery, mini-markets, fish store, butcher shop, pharmacies, banks, doctors, phone booths, nurseries, schools, bars, restaurants, coffees, cyber coffee etc.....
The transportation are to 200 meters: stations of buses and taxicabs.
The village is also to 200 meters you will be able to make all your shoppings, spices, absolutely cool products, there: let's pitch, meats, vegetables and fruits.
The public swimming pool is to about 1 km (trick: you can subscribe for a moderate sum in most hotels in order to reach their swimming pools)....
Sport and distractions : Tennis, horsemanship, water sports of all sorts, peaches and peaches to the big, casino, hotels, supermarket, golf, movies, discos, thalassotherapy, thermal baths, hammams etc. ....
Situation: To the center and to some kilometers between the city of Sousse in the south and Port Kantaoui to the north ....
